***Away Day Review: York City (North Yorkshire)***

After booking on the Bristol Rovers Away Coach, I got the coach to York City after waiting for 20 Minutes we set off 5PM on the dot the journey took abit longer than originally expected due to a crash, we eventually got to Bootham Crescent the coach might aswell of dropped us off in the City Centre, we went pub hunting in the centre after a approx 6 Minute Walk we found a Samuel Smiths pub called The York Arm’s and i ordered a Extra Stout (Real Ale version of Guinness). then some idiot walked past. I’d say heading towards the rough part of York chanting “Bobby Grant”. I finished my drink and made my way back to Bootham Crescent

After making way back just before Kick Off for the second time in a row, i got to the turnstiles to find out they were not giving Ticket Stubb’s to Away Fans which were very unprofessional but then the lad came up with one then got told by the other turnstiles operate “Oy your not allowed to give them out” which were very strange because even Barnet give Ticket Stubb’s out. So i walked into the ground chanting “Non-League and you know are” My view were okay then i decided to get something to eat which i regret because the food prices were extortionate i ended up getting the meal deal 2 this consisted of a pie, a Diary Milk Chocolate Bar & a Coffee for £5.50

There really isn’t much i can say about the first half apart from the York City Fans were raring and chanting their hearts out while the Rochdale End were just silence that’s how boring the first half were the football on the pitch wasn’t that great it looked like a game what were gonna end 1-0 either side snatching it

2nd half got even more boring then the temperature all of sudden dropped and it ended up getting very cold in Terracing which wasn’t nice at all it totally changed the game, all of a sudden it looked like it were gonna end a bore draw 15 minutes before the end i called it quits and decided to go and see if i could get a Ticket Stubb sorted out then some lady said all i have to do is email in and ask and that York City would sort me one out then made my way to the coach and got on and got warm, the journey home took approx 2 hours after one of the roads were closed got back for just after 12PM
