Me and Chunk got Bus from Rochdale Interchange Bus Station at 4.47PM the Journey only took around 16 Minutes then we arrived in Castleton well early, so i decided to see family nearby till around 6.05PM then walked it to the ground which wasn’t far
The rugby players were practicing on the field’s behind the ground at the Sports Centre at 6.20PM, then at 6.33PM we chilled out for abit, then went into their bar at 6.53PM. I got an Guinness which were £2.50 it didn’t last long till i ended up getting another. Then me and chunk entered the ground admission were £5.00 then the Match Kicked Off after the Footballers had warmed up, The 1st half were anybodies Match but it ended up staying 0 – 0 at half time
The 2nd Half Kicked Off but some reason the match had totally changed in the 65th Minute there were an incredible goal by Cheadle Town’s Thabiso Magida, He certainly showed he were in a different class then just 4 Minutes later Cheadle Town’s Nathan Neequaye scored an goal in 69th Minute it were not as classy as Magida’s, one of the Rochdale Town Fan’s came over and said Rochdale Town had Fielded had fielded a reserve side as they had Ashton Athletic at Mayfield Sports Centre on Saturday in The North West Counties Football League Challenge Cup Semi-Final 1st leg, Then i nipped to the Toliet when i got back the Referee were injured and had to be replaced by the Linesman after being taken off the pitch. Not much really happened after that then it were Full Time.
Then we caught the Bus back to Rochdale i got home for around 10PM
My Man of the Match: Cheadle Town’s Thabiso Magida
Don’t forget
